Marjorie's therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.

I have been in private practice seeing children, teens, adults, couples, and families for over twenty years.  I am a Licensed Professional Therapist ( LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Addiction Counselor (CACIII).   During this time, I have had the opportunity to lead groups in hospitals, work with corporations, and help many individuals, couples and families deal with challenges and experience growth and recovery.

I am the co-founder of the Second Wind Fund for the prevention of child and teen suicide.  SWF was founded with the mission to remove all financial barriers to a youth getting the help they need when in crisis.

My comfortable office is located at 10^th and Wadsworth in Lakewood, Colorado.  You may have your therapy sessions in the office or on-line.

 I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Systemic Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).  I am committed to providing a highly personalized approach to dealing with life challenges tailored to each client.  With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help you build on your strengths and attain the personal growth that you are committed to accomplishing.
