Marcie Sinn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She has always felt drawn to helping others and can appreciate the difficulty in asking for help when wanting to make a change. Marcie supports her clients by providing a non-judgmental, respectful approach towards their goals. She acknowledges the comfort in inaction, but aims to challenge it in hopes to cultivate change. Marcie enjoys working with a broad spectrum of clients who are seeking insight into their patterns of thinking and behaviors. Her therapeutic approaches include primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is level 1 trained for EMDR. She hopes to help her clients become “unstuck” by restoring healthy connections and bonds. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, anger management, grief, and relationship issues.

Marcie Sinn offers online therapy sessions through scheduled appointments. All Westside providers have access to HIPAA compliant and secure teleconferencing software to protect client privacy. Instructions to access a scheduled session will be sent directly by the provider leading up to the appointment.
