My name is Kristin Stefanatz. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), and have been in the field for over six years. I worked in community mental health, and have experience working with clients from all walks of life. I have provided counseling for clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, grief/loss, life transitions, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, anger issues, and stress. I have experience running successful grief/loss psycho-education and support groups.

I believe that everyone has the potential to find clarity in their lives. Sometimes people need more support unlocking their potential, especially during more difficult times in life. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental approach with my clients, where they feel heard and validated. I tailor my approaches to meet the specific needs of my clients, helping them develop a positive view of themselves. A healthy view of self will promote change.
