I am a Kaiser provider and Licensed Professional Counselor with 25+ years of experience supporting adults through the challenges and changes in their lives. When those challenges are causing unhealthy or overwhelming levels of stress, I can help you sort it out in safe and confidential counseling sessions . My approach to counseling is eclectic…drawing on a variety of theories to best support your specific situation and needs. I have an interactive style, and enjoy working together with you to reach your goals. My specialties include relationship challenges of all kinds, stress reduction, loss and grief support, life changes and transitions, work place dynamics and personal growth. Having spent ten years with a major corporation before changing careers years ago, I bring that larger perspective and work experience to as well.
