Laira is only accepting adult clients ages 18+ with Kaiser Permanente insurance. Unfortunately, she is unable to accept Kaiser Medicare at this time.

Laira is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a Colorado native and is happy to call the Denver Metropolitan area home. She received a Bachelors in Science from the University of Northern Colorado. She worked as a surgical coordinator before returning to school at Regis University for her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After graduating she worked as an ICU nurse in the Denver area for several years. She practiced in the role of ICU charge nurse and Clinical Nurse Coordinator before returning to school and completing her Master of Science in Nursing and obtaining her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification. She is pleased to continue serving the Denver community in the nurse practitioner role.

Online Psychiatry
Laira Cowper offers online psychiatry sessions through scheduled appointments. All Westside providers have access to HIPAA compliant and secure teleconferencing software to protect client privacy. Instructions to access a scheduled session will be sent directly by the provider leading up to the appointment.
