Kristin is eager to help you build healthy relationships with yourself and others so you can flourish.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and EMDR trained therapist. I obtained my Master’s degree in 2014. I have been in the field for over 10 years and have worked with several different populations providing me with wide range of therapeutic skills and experience. I have worked at outpatient, intensive outpatient, in-home, and now private practice settings. I have a passion for working with individuals, children between the ages 8-12, and families. I pull from several treatment modalities and conjure my interventions to best meet each client’s individual needs. I am trained in using EMDR, and often use interventions with the Internal Family Systems lens. I know that taking that first step to starting treatment can often be the most challenging. Let me help, with providing you with a brave space for you feel support as you engage in a process of healing.

Using person-centered and strengths-based approaches, I help clients take practical steps towards growth and healing. I provide a welcoming space for my clients to grow healthy relationships, heal from hurt, and thrive through accepting themselves. I have experience helping clients move through trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.  My goal is to be inclusive and honor client’s uniqueness and values, and to help identify and build on already existing strengths to help them meet their desired goals.
